1. Who we are
Myanmar Sports Talk is a football media website that provides news, match information, previews, analysis and video links for Myanmar audiences. This Privacy Policy applies to myanmarsportstalk.com and the services made available through that website.
2. Information we collect
You can browse most of Myanmar Sports Talk without creating an account. When you create an MST account, we store the verified email address, account identifier and display name needed to maintain the profile. Passwords are stored only as salted, computationally expensive hashes; email verification codes and session tokens are also stored in one-way form. We also store your selected language and appearance preferences.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request data, IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and security logs.
3. Cookies and local storage
Myanmar Sports Talk uses first-party cookies and browser storage for language, appearance, account-session, security and analytics preferences. A random first-party analytics identifier may remain in local storage until you clear it. We do not use the language or appearance preference to build advertising profiles.
When Google advertising is enabled on an eligible content page, Google and other third-party advertising vendors may place or read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers as part of ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalization.
4. First-party analytics
We measure page views, broad referring domains and daily unique visitors to understand which parts of the website are useful and to diagnose reliability problems. The browser creates a random identifier; the server stores a one-way hash rather than that identifier itself. Analytics records are retained for up to 180 days. Administrative and API paths are excluded.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
Myanmar Sports Talk is configured to use Google AdSense on selected publisher-content pages. Advertising is not required for the core football content to function, and we intentionally keep account, authentication, administrative, legal and other utility pages outside the advertising inventory.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to Myanmar Sports Talk or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this website and/or other sites on the Internet.

If you create an account, we may store your email address, password hash, display name, profile picture, favourites, bookmarks, prediction history, notification preferences and newsletter preferences. If you opt into mobile push alerts, we store the push token, platform and optional device name needed to deliver the alerts through our push-delivery provider. If you subscribe to email updates, our email-delivery provider processes the address and delivery status needed to send those messages. These features are optional and can be changed from your account settings.
7. TikTok data
Myanmar Sports Talk may use the TikTok API to retrieve videos from an authorized Myanmar Sports Talk TikTok account for display in our social-video feed. The data requested by the current integration can include video identifiers, titles, cover-image URLs, share URLs, creation times and video duration.
TikTok access credentials are handled on the server and are not intentionally exposed to website visitors. We do not sell TikTok data, use it to create advertising profiles, or ask ordinary website visitors to sign in with TikTok through the current integration. Social-feed data may be temporarily cached to improve reliability and performance.
If our TikTok integration changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe any additional TikTok data we request and how it is used.
8. YouTube and other external services
Our website may show thumbnails, links or embedded videos from third-party services such as YouTube and TikTok. When you open or interact with third-party content, those services may process information under their own privacy policies. Myanmar Sports Talk does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms.

Preferences and the random analytics identifier may remain on your device until they expire or you clear them. First-party analytics records are retained for up to 180 days. Cached football and social-feed data is kept only as needed for site performance and reliability.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Your choices and requests
You can change language, appearance, notification and newsletter preferences through the website, manage browser notification permission, clear cookies or local storage in your browser, and manage Google ad personalization through the Google Ads Settings link above. 13. Children
Myanmar Sports Talk is a general-audience football media service and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
